Hello! I'm Stephanie, a Masters level Registered Dietitian and the Founder of Transformative Health and Nutrition.

As a board-certified Registered Dietitian, my mission is to help you build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food—one that supports your well-being without restriction, extremes, or burnout. Transformative Health and Nutrition was founded with the goal of offering thoughtful, individualized nutrition care that meets you where you are and supports long-term health in a realistic way.

Over the years, I’ve seen how diet culture and quick-fix approaches often lead to frustration, guilt, and disappointment. That’s why I take a different path. I believe meaningful progress comes from personalization, balance, and mindfulness—not rigid rules or fleeting trends. Together, we focus on changes that feel supportive, achievable, and sustainable.

My journey into nutrition began at Keene State College, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I completed my dietetic internship at the University of Saint Joseph and went on to earn my Master of Science in Nutrition from USJ. Through both my education and clinical experience, my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care has continued to grow.

When you work with me, we focus on using nutrition as a tool for strength, nourishment, and consistency—not control. Food is more than fuel; it’s part of your daily life. I help you find a balanced approach to eating and movement that supports your health without feeling overwhelming. You can expect guidance, accountability, and support tailored to your needs—without perfection or pressure.

You don’t have to give up the foods you love to care about your health. Instead, I teach a mindful, non-restrictive approach that supports your body’s needs, encourages consistency, and promotes long-term well-being.

More Than a Dietitian

Outside of my work as a dietitian, I’m a person who values balance and connection in my own life, too. You’ll often find me enjoying a really good cup of coffee with friends, going on long walks with my dog, spending time with my husband, lifting weights, or getting lost in a good book. These parts of my life shape how I practice—I believe health should support your life, not take it over.
