Eat to Transform - 1:1 Nutrition and Macro Coaching
A 3-month coaching experience to help you gain confidence in your body, fuel your workouts, and take control of your nutrition — without the overwhelm.
What's Included & What to Expect:
Eat to Transform is a macro coaching program designed specifically for women who want to lose fat, build muscle, and finally feel in control of food, without obsession or confusion.
You’ll receive:
Personalized macro targets based on your goals and lifestyle
A downloadable Macro & Meal Planning Guide
Weekly check-ins via Google Form (with feedback every Friday)
Ongoing macro adjustments as needed
Education, support, and accountability from a registered dietitian
**3-month minimum required for enrollment.**
What to Expect:
Fill out the application. Once application is approved, we will schedule and connect for a 30 minute consultation so I can learn more about you, we can run through the program and your goals.
During our 30 minute consultation, I will ask you a series of questions about you, your health history, your goals, and assess your current knowledge base in regards to nutrition.
Once this is completed, I will create your initial macro and coaching targets, and these will be sent to you in combination with the comprehensive macro guide.
Over the course of the 12 weeks, you will check in weekly by Thursday night with a weekly reflection questionnaire, and from there we will adjust your programming. This may include changing macros, set-up additional coaching calls, or keeping things the same if your body is responding well! New macro counts and responses to your questionnaire will be provided every Friday so you have the weekend to prepare for the upcoming week.
Upon completion of the twelve weeks, we can either continue with 1:1 coaching or I will set you up with a maintenance plan.
